Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (United States): 5-8 business days — $4.99
  • Standard Shipping (International): 7-14 business days — $4.99
  • Trio Pack Orders: Free worldwide shipping included

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing for international shipments or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order using our Track Your Order page.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Romania, Austria, Portugal, and Norway.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information for the customer to follow up.
